SHIPPING
All orders are shipped out from our Atlanta, GA within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and additional emails once your order is shipped and delivered. Some orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delays regarding weather, port, and factory delays. In these cases, you will receive an email with an updated shipping timeline.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we do not, yet, ship internationally.

RETURN POLICY 
All Sales are final. If you received damaged goods or the wrong size/item, please email contact@allinitapparel.com with your name and order number so we can best resolve your situation.  

We will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear. Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed). For timely processing, please include your packing slip in the returning package.

NOTE: There is a five day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items.

CANCELLATION & REFUND PROCESS
We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system. All cancellations must be performed within 24 hours after the order has been placed. As stated above in our Return Policy, all sales are final. All refunds are provided in the form of store credit.

TRACKING
At times the courier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered and you do not have possession of it you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.
